What your clients can see

3 min read·Updated July 2026

A member sees their own membership and nothing else. Not other members, not your revenue, not the sessions their plan doesn’t cover. Worth knowing precisely, because it decides what you can safely write in a class name or a note.

What they see

Their bookings and attendance history, their contracts with the price they agreed and the credits or visits they have left, the terms they signed, and their own contact details. On the calendar they get the locations their plan grants, and inside those, the sessions their plan covers, with the class name, time and how full it is.

What stays private

Rosters, other members’ details, staff notes on a record, invoices belonging to anyone else, reports and settings: none of it reaches the portal. A member can’t browse a class at a branch their plan doesn’t grant, or a service it doesn’t include.

The one thing members read that is written by you is the class name and the terms text. Everything else on their screen is their own data, so a name like “Ana · post-surgery rehab” is the one place private wording could travel further than you meant.

What they can change

Their phone, birthdate and address, which keeps your contact details fresh without a support conversation. Name, contact email, documents, notes and status stay org-owned, and their password is theirs alone; see How clients get their login.

When a payment is overdue

If unpaid invoices have put a membership on hold, the member still sees the full schedule and is told plainly why a booking is refused. Hiding the classes someone is missing is how a lapsed member quietly becomes a former member.

Your team is scoped too, by role and by branch rather than to one person; see Who sees what, and where.
