There are no invitations to send. A client lets themselves in: they open the portal, enter the email you have on their record and prove they own it with a code. Your only job is keeping that contact email right.
First access, step by step
1
The client opens the portal and enters their email address.
2
Zenly emails them a six-digit code. It is good for one sitting, and asking again too quickly is refused, so a lost code is a minute of waiting rather than a support ticket.
3
They enter the code and choose a password. Their login is created, linked to your client record, and they are signed in.

When it doesn’t work
Almost always the email on the record differs from the one they typed, a typo or an old address. Open their record, fix the contact email and ask them to try again. If someone already has a working login, the email they get says so instead of handing out a new code.
The screen answers the same way whether or not an address belongs to a member, so nobody can use it to discover who trains with you. That is deliberate, and it is why staff can’t tell from the screen either.
Forgotten passwords
The same shape: they ask for a reset, get a code by email and choose a new password. Staff never see or set a member’s password, and there is nothing to reset on your side.
Good to know
A client record works perfectly well with no login at all. Book them in yourself and they can activate whenever they are ready; see How clients book and check in.
