Memberships, packs and drop-ins

3 min read·Updated July 2026

Zenly doesn’t have a membership type, a pack type and a drop-in type. It has billing (recurring or one-time), entitlements (access or credits) and an optional term, and the offers you know are just settings of those three.

The four common shapes

The same Spin studio, four ways
EXAMPLES
Unlimited Monthly · R$249recurring · access, no cap
12 a Month · R$189recurring · access, capped
10-Session Pack · R$350one-time · 10 credits
Drop-in · R$45one-time · 1 credit

The unlimited membership is a recurring plan granting access with no cap. The capped membership adds a visit limit per day, week or month; open bookings count toward it, so nobody can stockpile seats. The session pack is billed once and grants a credit bucket that lasts until it’s spent, or until the plan’s term ends if you give it one. The drop-in is simply a one-credit pack.

Commitments and fixed terms

Any plan can carry a duration: 12 months, 90 days, one year. It becomes the contract’s suggested end date at sale, adjustable per client, and billing never runs past the plan’s own term. A 12-month commitment billed monthly and a quarter paid upfront are the same setting with different billing kinds.

Scoping what’s included

Each entitlement names its scope: the whole catalog, a single service or a service group like “Group classes”. Groups follow your live catalog, so adding a new class to the group extends everyone who holds it; see Bundle services into groups.

Good to know
Prices belong to plans, so “the same pack, cheaper in January” is simply a second plan. Archive it in February and the regular one keeps selling.
