What counts as an active client?
Someone with an active membership or package. Old records and past clients don't count against your limit.
Do extra locations cost more?
No. Locations are included in your plan, so you pay for clients, not doors. Avançado covers up to 10 locations; Rede has no cap.
Is there a free plan?
There's a 14-day trial with every feature included. Your card is captured at checkout and charged for the first time when the trial ends. After that, plans start at R$69/month.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You move up to the next tier and that's it. No feature unlocks to negotiate, no migration. Your data and setup stay exactly as they are.
