Keep an audit trail
Once someone else touches your money or your attendance records, “who did this?” stops being a rhetorical question. Zenly keeps an audit trail of the decisions that matter, and owners and admins can read it in settings.
What gets recorded
The actions where someone exercised judgement: membership lifecycle changes like pausing, cancelling or overriding a price, everything about money, meaning invoices raised or voided and payments taken or refunded, and attendance calls including check-ins, no-shows, their undos and a waived charge.
One name per line
Every entry names exactly one actor, and members appear as themselves. When Marta accepts your terms or checks herself in, the trail says Marta, not the staff member who happened to be at the desk. Automatic housekeeping, like a membership expiring on its date, isn’t recorded as anyone’s decision, because it wasn’t one.
Who can read it
Owners and admins, org-wide. A location manager runs their branch without reading the history of yours; see Who sees what, and where.
