Take a payment at the counter
Money that arrives any way at all gets recorded the same way: open the invoice and choose Record payment. Cash in the drawer, a card machine at the desk, a Pix to your own key, a bank transfer. Zenly is keeping the ledger, so what matters is that the payment is written down.
Recording one
The amount starts at whatever is still owed, since settling in full is the common case. Choose how the money came in and confirm. The invoice flips to paid the moment payments cover it, and if it was overdue the member can book again immediately.
Part now, part later
Lower the amount to record a partial payment. The invoice stays open with a balance, and you can record as many payments against it as it takes. An invoice for R$1.800 with R$600 taken at the counter owes R$1.200, and that is the figure everything downstream uses, including any payment link you send afterwards.
Collecting by hand is a real way to run
Nothing in Zenly treats a business that never connects a payment account as unfinished. A monthly Pix collected by hand is how a great many gyms and studios work, and the thing that makes it safe is not the payment rail but access: stop paying, stop training. That is what When a member stops paying describes, and it works identically whether you collect at the counter or online.
